This will explain what Housing is, and even a few tricks involved with Housing 8D

How do you get to own a house?
Housing is actually quite difficult to get. All houses are located in a hidden channel, the majestic channel 11. The houses in these areas are SET, and for RENT. You cannot “make” new houses.

Because of this, there is a great demand and competition for housing. Auctions are held for houses, which makes them ridiculously expensive. The winner of the auction will have to constantly pay off rent to maintain the house.

Certain houses are larger and better looking than others. Make your choices wisely, and outwit your rivals for a spot in housing!

What do you do in a house?
Houses don’t exactly have too many functions. You can decorate your house, throw in a table and chair, and have a little tea party with your friends. Its fun and all, but the REAL point of housing is to sell things.

Housing is basically a personal store you don’t have to guard, and is turned on 24/7, even if you’re not logged in. The best part of housing sales is that theres a Housing search board every block of the game, so people can look up your house/item whenever they want to, and even directly teleport to your house.

Because of the huge shop space you’re given, people will sometimes use it as a display, or use it as extra inventory (you can turn off sales for items as well).

Another feature in housing is that you can own your own life skills equipment in your house. If you don’t want to pay those pesky npcs to use their equipment by the minute, you can buy/build your own inside your house and use them there.

Heres the REAL reason why I wrote this guide
Do you not have enough NX cash to buy a horse? Are those beeswax wings too expensive for you? Heres is a little cheat way for you to go ANYWHERE you want (with a bit of channel switching of course), using the Housing search boards.

Here are a few PROPERTIES of the Housing search board you should know first.
When you recieve a ticket to go to a person’s house after searching, you can use it anytime you want. It is called a “bill” (but its not REALLy a bill… its just called that). Press the use button, and your bill will be replaced with a return coupon. From the housing area, you can use the return coupon to return exactly where you last used your “bill”.

The best way to explain this is to do it in an step by step example.

• You want to make a ticket which sends you to Dunbarten.
• The next time you go to Dunbarten, recieve a bill from any house you want.
• Now, go to that house using a bill. Near the houses should be ANOTHER housing search board. Search up the EXACT same house again, and leave the housing channel MANUALLY (do not use the return coupon)
• The next time you want to go to Dunbarten, just use the housing Bill to go to the house, and use the Return coupon in your inventory. It’ll send you directly to Dunbarten.
• This technique is not too useful with regular towns, because you’ll need to repeat the process if you use the bill (second time) anywhere else. However, rare places (like CEO Island, or Tir Na Nog) you can’t regularly get by foot should be checked off using return coupons.
